Ordering

How will I receive my order for a digital album or sample Kkt?

Digital album downloads will be delivered via email in your choice of of MP3, WAV, or FLAC

What is the return/cancellation policy?

All sales are final once shipped.

How can I track my order?

If you've created an account you will be able to track your order within your account profile. 

For orders without an account profile, you can track your order once you receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number. All shipments are processed from Los Angeles, California.

Will I get an email when my order ships?

Yes, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking.

We ship all order from the Los Angeles, California, US. Please expect 3-4 weeks for delivery for international customers.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed by the ship date listed on the product. Please note orders will not ship until their specific pre-order date. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Help, I received a damaged/defective/incorrect item!
